If so, please view the recording here to stay up-to-date with QIA participation requirements. Soon you will receive printed material in the mail from Easter Seals to distribute at your facility.   3. Review and use the resource “How to Check Your Patient Roster – Employment, School and Vocational Rehabilitation Statuses” to track and update patient status in CROWNWeb.
    By updating each patient specific status with current information, it will help the Network monitor your progression and provide technical assistance for your facility.

A patient specific tracking tool, listing individuals aged 18-54 and 55-64 along with their current status for employment, school and vocational rehabilitation, will soon be shared with you. Look for it on your unit’s fax machine. Distribution should occur around March 11, 2020.
