Big Changes to CROWNWeb

EIDM (Enterprise Identity Management) is getting retired and will be replaced by HARP (HCQIS Access Roles and Profiles).

If you already have an EIDM account for CROWNWeb it will automatically be transitioned to HARP. BUT…there are some additional steps you must follow to ensure access to CROWNWeb.

Find out more about HARP account setup.

Update Your Personnel in CROWNWeb

Help us to stay in touch with your key staff members by ensuring that they are listed in the Personnel Section of CROWNWeb along with their email address.

We distribute a report every month listing “Active” CROWNWeb Personnel to make it easy for you to take a quick glance to see if all contacts are current. It is your responsibility to keep all data current in CROWNWeb.

The Personnel Report is sent both by email to the Facility Administrator and Facility Representative.

Data Validation

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracted with Fed Pro Services to assess the accuracy of the Clinical Performance Measures (CPM) data entered into the Consolidated Renal Operations Web-enabled Network (CROWNWeb). Fed Pro will also validate positive blood culture “candidate dialysis events” to assess the accuracy of the Dialysis Event data entered into the Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) system.
Facilities that have been randomly selected to participate in this effort should submit their patient medical records using the following options.
  • PDF Submission using QualityNet, Encrypted Flash Drive, DVD, CD; or Secure Paper Submission
  • Mail your information to:
    Fed Pro – ESRD QIP
    P.O. Box 17096
    Augusta, GA 30903
More detailed information about how to send information securely will be provided in the request letters sent using QualityNet to your facility. All questions should be directed to Lynn Ryan, Project Coordinator, either by email at Lynn.Ryan@fedpro.net by phone at 601-317-1772.
